Do events in the past pain you? You have regrets? You wish you said something different, did something different? You wish you took action instead of doing nothing?
The purpose of this guided meditation is to heal those painful memories. You will be guided to look closely at the incident, come to know the cause, the reason you couldn't do what you now wish you did or didn't do. You will learn a lot about yourself, perhaps touch on childhood/core issues. You will be given the opportunity to see the incident from the perspective of Divine Intelligence. The more you listen, the deeper you will go, gain greater understanding of the situation, yourself, and the larger Reality. Listen until you come to a place of peace. By making the effort to heal, you will be taking a gigantic, important step in your growth. You will create more room for joy, love, peace and expansion. You will assure health and well-being on all levels. In life, we do the best we know how given who we are at the moment. We are learning and growing. And that's how it's supposed to be. The Divine loves us exactly as we are with no criticism, only acceptance and compassion. You will be encouraged to love yourself. In spiritual literature leaving this physical plane is only a change of consciousness, not an end. When you leave your body, you maintain your awareness as you. In time, that awareness expands to include your other lives and your higher self. The remarkable thing about near-death experiences is that people who've had them tell similar stories. And there are thousands and thousands of stories. That information is a good and pretty accurate guide of what happens when we leave here and how it's best to live while we are here. In this video Nancy Rynes tells of her near-death experience, what she's learned being out of body and how her life changed because of what she's learned.
I stumbled upon this YouTube video by Monk Nick. It is about the advice his mother gave him when he was going through protracted difficult times. Basically, she said, life is tough. Things happen. There is karma. Life is "salty." We can't do much about things that happen. So, what do you do with all that salt? You add water. You do good things. And keep doing good things. And that dilutes the salt. It balances things out. The pain lessens. I find this to be excellent advice. Here Mooji offers a way to to deal with a super busy mind. Essentially, it's pulling back and beginning to observe thoughts that go through your mind, rather than identifying with them, allowing yourself to engage and extend them. Not easy to do, especially when there is an overwhelming amount of thoughts, but even the effort produces results. Of course, it's best if we train ourselves regularly to begin to see our thoughts as the product of our human personality and not necessarily the truth about how things are. Beyond the thoughts and feelings of our human personality is our essential self, our soul self. Our soul self sees things from a different perspective, a much higher, comprehensive perspective. From that perspective our thoughts are seen in the right light -- as passing human thoughts. When you pull back and see your thoughts as a passing human perspective, you gain peace. Of course, that's the purpose of meditation -- to pull back and see things from soul perspective, come to a place where you understand yourself to be spirit also, not just as a human in this physical reality. Besides gaining clarity about a difficult situation, you gain peace. In this little talk, Mooji explains really well how to do this. From the Blog by John Van Auken on the Edgar Cayce Website. ". . . when he [Edwin Blumenthal] asked Cayce how he could put his finances in order so that he could devote his life to psychic development The answer indicated that the greater development comes from using one’s intuition and psychic abilities to solve one’s financial or any material needs. In this way we merge the outer self and its needs with the inner self and its higher abilities to perceive from a truer level of consciousness. '(Q) How can he [137] put his finances in such a condition as to permit him to concentrate to his greatest possibility on his psychic development? (A) Be not dismayed, for the development in psychic forces must manifest in and through the present conditions, and conditions physical, financial, must of necessity be one and a part of the development. As is given in this: In whatsoever state one finds (as he has found himself) oneself, make self content; not satisfied, but content, ever working toward that oneness of mind (of body, of will, with the development), or universal, or psychic forces. Do not war against these conditions. Make of conditions the stepping-stones to the development necessary to meet the daily needs in physical, in mental, in financial.
